It usually begins with a phone call or email.  We will discuss the problem and set up an appointment. You will receive a questionnaire via email.  It is important that you complete the form and return it to me prior to the appointment.  This gives me a better insight into the problems and issues. I will come to your home and help you and your family work through the problem(s).  It is important that everyone who interacts with the dog(s) is present.  A consultation usually lasts from two to three hours.  I will teach you how to implement Jan Fennell's proven method of Amichien Bonding. In most situations a single consultation is all that is necessary. I will provide you with a written "Plan of Action" and teach you how to implement the plan yourself.  It will work, but only if you commit to following the plan calmly and consistently. It's all up to you!
