Meet Pepper

| We adopted Pepper in June of 2006 from a shelter
in Maryland. He had been found running wild as a stray. No one
had any idea about his background or how he was treated.
It didn't matter!!
We began the process immediately!
Today Pepper is a happy and playful, well balanced
dog. He is an example of how this process can help a rescue dog.
