Testimonial Letter

I adopted Nigel, a rescue dog, about 3 years ago. The climate in the house was confusing for Nigel as members of the household, by their actions, were telling Nigel that he was the 'top' dog, and then he wasn't the top dog. When circumstances changed and I had total freedom to change the situation, Carol instructed me as to what was best for Nigel. It goes to prove you can teach an old dog new tricks. Nigel now knows that I am the alpha-dog. He waits patiently for his meals, he waits for me to go in and out of doors, and he is a much calmer dog as he no longer feels the responsibility of being the leader of the household pack. Carol gave me the best advice for Nigel, as well as for me. She is patient, and very knowledgeable on dogs and how they think. Thank you Carol!!
